What areas do you cover?

We currently cover the Craven District of North Yorkshire. Please get in touch to enquire about other areas.

Do I need to be in?

For regular housekeeping and deep cleaning, it's fine to leave us a key. Please just let us know arrangements for access. For decluttering and organising, Amy needs to work closely with you so you will need to be in.

Do I need to buy storage if you're coming to organise my home?

This will be discussed with you during the initial consultation. Most people do need to purchase more storage, and suggestions can be given on the best options for your needs.

What products do you use?

For regular housekeeping, we use products by Purdy & Figg (www.purdyandfigg.com), a simple and effective, all natural and beautifully scented cleaning spray. For deeper cleaning we may need to use more specialist products like limescale and mould removers. We'll always be mindful of pets and children in these instances.

How much time will be needed?

This depends on the size of your house, your priority areas and, in the case of decluttering and organising, the volume of possessions. Please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment?

You don't need to provide a thing, we bring all cleaning equipment and products including top of the range dirt busting Shark Hoovers and Steam Mops
