Holiday Home Changeovers
We offer changeovers for holiday lets on Mondays and Fridays throughout the year. Fees are inclusive of all consumables, guest welcome packs and laundering of bed linen. We work closely with local tradespeople to ensure that any maintenance issues can be taken care of swiftly so you can sit back and relax knowing your property and guests are taken care of.

1 bedroom changeover from £95
Our changeover fees are based on the number of bedrooms in the property, keeping pricing straightforward and hassle free

2 bedroom changeover from £120
All cleaning equipment, consumables*, guest starter packs and a welcome basket with wine, crisps and biscuits are included in the price.

*Please note, the provision of logs, kindling and firelighters for woodburners will incur an extra fee

3 bedroom changeover from £170
All linens are carefully washed and pressed between visits.

4 bedroom changeover from £220
Differing bed configurations in larger properties may mean extra time is needed. We'll always discuss this with you before providing a full quotation.

5 bedroom changeover from £285
We'll be there for your guests in case of emergencies, so you can relax knowing both your property and guests are in good hands.

Deep Cleans
We always recommend a full deep clean for any property joining our holiday let changeover service, and then a deep clean to take place at the beginning and end of the key holiday letting seasons.
